1. We send the Padelmaster to you. 1-3 days later the machine is in your padel center. In parallel with this, we have started an onboarding and ongoing educational process with you. You have a short notice period and a satisfied customer guarantee. If you are not satisfied after testing Padelmaster and our service for 3 months, you will get your money back. The only thing you need to pay is the transport cost, which is about 70 euro.
2. Based on our recommendations, you start building a growing customer base with recurring ball machine customers (an additional source of income). Of course, you can also use the ball machine in your training activities.
3. When someone (customers, trainers, staff, owners etc etc) have problems, you just call our support (open 24/7). We solve all problems immediately. Should the machine be broken (which happens), we immediately send a new working machine and pick up the broken one.
